With a much-needed break coming this month, My plan is to first and foremost put some serious time into Skyrim . As an RPG fan, that's the game at the top of my list, but only slightly ahead of Uncharted 3, Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 , finishing Gears of War 3 and Halo Anniversary . Of course, i'll have to get those out of the way before Star Wars: The Old Republic . I've never been a big MMO player, but this one might just do it. If nothing else, this dose of BioWare storytelling will tide me over until Mass Effect

This month I'm looking forward to Mario Kart 7 . It's just one of those games that you can pickup and play whenever you want, and I plan on playing it throughout December and well into the new year. Since some folks are talking about what they're excited for next year, I'd have to say Halo 4 and Bioshock: Infinite are on the top of my l

The Freehand finish is similar to the Damascus Steel, because it has very intricate and elegant patterns inside the skin. The Freehand uses ancient-looking inscription designs on the blade, which also has an otherworldly feel to it. The knife's condition will determine how much of the pattern is on the blade and not scratched off, so if you particularly like the pattern, it may be worth paying extra for a better condition vers

I'll definitely be playing Minecraft now that it has officially released, Rob and I will probably do a few more recording sessions with the game. I'll also be attempting to play through Gears of War 3 on 'Insane' difficulty in order to get those exclusive 'Impossible Mission' sk

December means three things for me: KOTOR , KOTOR 2 and The Old Republic, plus a possible co-op playthrough of Resistance 3 . I'm also hoping to catch up on some games I've missed such as Shadows of the Damned and Yakuza 4 , and this before I get to all of the games I bought off of Steam's Fall S

Before I tear into 2012 titles like Alan Wake: Night Springs , Mass Effect 3 , BioShock: Infinite , SSX , and Borderlands 2 , it's time for me to play catch-up after a busy November of reviews. I managed to resist the pull of both Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3 , though it will be a holiday miracle if I don't end up caving this month and enlisting in one or the other military campaign. However, more importantly, I'm about to return to the hallowed halls of the assassins for Assassins' Creed: Revelations . Desmond's fourth trip into the Animus was one of my most anticipated titles of 2011 and I'm fully committed to becoming a master assassin - as well as collecting all the miscellaneous garbage Ubisoft has scattered around Constantinople. I've also got to clean-up some collectibles as well as pawn n00bs in a few of October/November's biggest titles, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception and Gears of War 3 . That, and I'm going to dance my heart out in Dance Central Counter-Strike 2 Walkthrough - and if high scores and smooth dance moves aren't enough motivation, I've got a bet to

With franchising, we would see dynamic gameplay changes like this less often, with most teams simply counter-stratting one another and doing the same executes repeatedly. Soon, viewers would be able to easily predict how a round might unfold before it has even started, leading to a loss in inter

In this regard, gambling on Twitch has long been a source of disagreement, with some of the largest streamers on the platform leaning heavily into controversial sponsored gambling streams. This long-standing issue recently reached a boiling point, leading to most forms of gambling content being banned from the site, but the previous gambling-related incidents that led to this point should not be igno

With the long-term chapter of gambling controversies on the Twitch platform seemingly coming to an end, it is clear that the streaming service is shifting dramatically in appeal and ethos. While many will agree that the move might be in Twitch's best interests, the tension and infighting that it is causing among its most popular streamers may be a very detrimental byproduct of its many gambling controversies finally being laid to r

As for the league, the next step in the process would depend on how many teams Valve ultimately allows, but let's just say there are twenty teams. Those same twenty teams could be split into two divisions of ten and then must earn a certain number of points within league play in order to maintain their spot. The ten lowest point earners would then have to take part in a relegation tournament whereby they would battle it out with a yet to be determined number of teams who have earned enough points from various tournaments to have their chance at earning a spot in the league. The league itself would play out much like ESL Pro league, being separate from all tournaments, having its own season and its own prize pool. Majors could still work in their current format, with points being assigned to current league holders that can be earned by teams who aren't in the league if they happen to defeat one of the league te
